ML-200 is a product that is similar to solid MOCA in chemical structures and physical properties. It is liquid at room temperature. Co***red with solid MOCA, ML-200 has many advantages like faster reactive speed and safer to worker. Because this product contains diamine, which makes it can be widely used in polyurethane-polyurea products as chain extender or hardner. Products cured with ML-200 exhibits better performance.

Performance Specification
This product contains amidogen, so it can react with isocyanate to produce polyurea products (elastomer products etc.).
ML-200 is insoluble in water, and very soluble in some organic solvents, such as: benzene, chlorobenzene, acetone, grain alcohol etc.
Main Application
ML-200 is mainly used as a chain extender/ curing agent for polyurethane-polyurea elastomer products of TDI systems. Especially, it is used extensively in preparation of casting elastomers. This product can be used as a curing agent for PU coating, adhesive, sealant, micropore elastomers, polyurea spray-painting materials etc. And it is also a good curing agent for epoxy resin.

Storage
ML-200 is easy oxidized, so it should be stored in a place to avoid contacting air, oxygen, sunlights, otherwise its color will become darker. Once opened, containers should be filled with Nitrogen, if they are to be stored for a period of time.
